The applicant hereby agrees to abide by the following conditions imposed by the Management Office:

1. The number of vehicles that may register for season parking is dependent on the number of private parking lots that unit is entitled to. Registration for season parking for these vehicles shall be free of charge.

2. The request for season parking to park additional vehicle(s) over the unit’s parking lot entitlement will be issued at the sole discretion of the Management Office and subject to availability of car parking lots. The Management Office reserves the rights to withdraw such privilege at any time.

3. The season parking fees for additional vehicle is as follows:
    a) Tenants and Purchasers:
        *$55.00 per month for motorcar/ van (Unladen weight below 2.5 tonnes)
        $155.00 per month for lorry/ trailer (Unladen weight 2.5 tonnes and above)
        Rates are only applicable for the first three (3) vehicles, inclusive of the number of vehicles registered under “free season parking” highlighted under Item 1.
    b) Non-Tenants and Non-Purchasers:
        $80.00 per month for motorcars (Unladen weight below 2.5 tonnes)
        $155.00 per month for lorry/ trailer (Unladen weight 2.5 tonnes and above)

4. Payment is to be made one month in advance, on the 16th of every month. Eg. Payment for the month of February will be made on the 16th of January. Payment via crossed cheque shall be made payable to “Top Parking Pte Ltd”.

5. The owner shall inform Top Parking in writing to terminate the season parking for his vehicle/s.

6. Vehicle is parked at the owner’s risk. The Management Office and Top Parking accepts no responsibility whatsoever that may arise due to theft, damage or other misdemeanours.
