1	Schedule of Charge and Operating Hours
1.1	The car park charges and operating hours are as follow:

1.2	Ngee Ann Polytechnic (hereinafter called “NP”) and Top Parking Pte Ltd (hereinafter called “Top Parking”) reserve the right to give 1 month notice and amend the charges and operating hours at any time.
1.3	Night parking in NP campus is not allowed unless supported by the School/Department Director and approved by Estate Office.
2	Season Parking
2.1	Allotment of Season Parking Lots
	The season car parking lots allocated to the applicants are as follow: Category of Driver/Motorcyclist NP Campus     Staff Car Park        (inside NP Campus) Staff/Employee Yes Yes Contractor/Vendors Yes No SIT / SUSS / Others Yes No NP and/or Top Parking reserve the right to vary the basis of allotment of car parking lots from time to time. As there are limited parking lots, allotment of any additional season parking lots will be subjected to availability of the lots and on a temporary basis.
2.2	Application of Season Car Parking Lots
	Application for season parking lots shall be done online using Top Parking (NP) web-portal, and payment make electronically via the available payment methods provided. Contractor/vendor shall seek prior approval from
2.3	Season Parking Period – New Application
	First time purchasers who apply for season parking in the following month(s) are allowed to buy pro-rated season parking ticket for the current month. New applicants can apply to start their season parking from any day of the current month. The parking charges will be pro-rated. However, the entire period applied for shall be at least 1 month, and it shall terminate at the last day of the consecutive months. Example: If start date of the season parking is 15 Oct 2017, the system will not allow the end date to be 31 Oct 2017 as the total period is less than one month. However, the end date can be 30 Nov 2017, 31 Dec 2017 or any last day of the consecutive months. (Pro-rated season parking cannot be terminated or refunded.)
2.4	Season Parking Period - Renewal
	Subsequent purchases of the season parking shall be considered as renewals unless there is an interval of 6 months or more that the applicant has not purchased any season parking. For renewal of the season parking, the purchased period is on a calendar month basis (i.e. from the 1st to the last day of the month). Renewal of season parking will take effect on the 1st of the calendar month or on the date of renewal, whichever is later and applicant shall pay the full amount for that month.
3	Termination of Season Parking
3.1	Termination Policy
	You can terminate your season parking only after completing 1 month of the season parking. We will refund you the unexpired season parking charges. Requests for a refund must be made prior to the termination, and we will not backdate refunds.
3.2	Mode of Refund
	The mode of refund will be based on the payment mode you have chosen for the season parking period: GIRO/ Cheque/ Internet Bank Transfer - Refund via Cheque Paypal Credit/ Debit Card - Refund to the same Credit/ Debit card (via paypal)
4	Refund of Season Parking Fee Paid - Staff Only
4.1	Refund Policy
	One is eligible to apply for refund of the season parking fee paid if he/she is not driving into NP for whatever reasons.
4.2	Effective date of refund
	However, the following criteria must be met in order to qualify for the refund:
	(a) Refund is applicable only for a continuous period of 14 days, including weekends and public holidays. Example: Refund for the period from 15 Nov to 27 Nov 2017 is not allowed as there are only 13 consecutive days (b) Refund shall be applied at least one day before the commencement date. Example: If the period of refund is from 15 Nov 2017 to 28 Nov 2017 (14 days), it must be applied on 14 Nov 2017 or any days before that. (c) Requests for a refund shall be submitted prior to the refund period as we will not backdate refunds. Example: If the requested period for the refund is from 1 Nov 2017 to 21 Nov 2017 (21 days) and the application is submitted on 6 Nov 2017, the refund amount shall be computed from 7 Nov 2017 to 21 Nov 2017 (14 days). Refund cannot be backdated unless under exceptional cases like hospitalization whereby the applicants encountered inconveniences in submitting their request for refund. 4.3 Mode of Refund The mode of refund will be based on the payment mode you have chosen for the season parking period: GIRO/ Cheque/ Internet Bank Transfer - Refund via Cheque Paypal Credit/ Debit Card - Refund to the same Credit/ Debit card (via paypal)
5	Observation of Car Park Rules and Regulations
5.1	All users of the Car Park must comply with the following:
	(a) Observe road courtesy and all signs in the Car Park and extend their co-operation to Car Park Attendants and/or Security Personnel. (b) No washing of vehicles and motorbikes shall be permitted at the Car Park. (c) Must keep Top Parking informed of any changes to their vehicles’ or motorbikes’ registration and IU numbers. (d) Observe all other rules and regulations as may be stipulated by NP and/or Top Parking from time to time. (e) Season parking is meant only for eligible applicants. The applicants shall not abuse their privileges by using their names to apply season parking for vehicle owners who have no dealing in NP. (f) No frivolous termination of season parking or application for parking fee refund. Examples: (i) Season parking holders terminate their season parking and apply for it again shortly after, repeating this every 1 to 3 months. (ii) Season parking holders request for parking fee refund every month for 3 consecutive months or more.
5.2	NP and Top Parking reserve the right to terminate or not to renew the season parking of any vehicle/motorbike owners/drivers found guilty of breaching any of the above rules and regulations.
6	Damage(s) Caused by Vehicle / Motorbike Owners / Drivers
6.1	All vehicle / motorbike owners / drivers will be held responsible and shall indemnify the Owner and Top Parking for any damage(s) caused by them in the Car Park.
7	Vehicles / Motorbikes Are Parked at Owners’ / Driver’s Risk
7.1	NP and Top Parking accept no responsibility for theft, loss, damage or any other misdemeanor caused to any vehicles/motorbikes, its equipment and/or contents therein whilst the vehicles are parked in the Car Park. All vehicles/motorbikes are parked and permitted to be parked solely at the risk of the owners and/or the drivers.
8	Changes in Terms & Conditions
8.1	NP and/or Top Parking reserve the right at any time and from time to time, to add, amend, cancel or suspend such terms and conditions or any one or more of them in respect to use of the Car Park.
9	Vehicle Wheel Clamp
9.1	Any indiscriminate parking or unauthorized parking on reserved lots may render the vehicles/motorbikes to be either issued a parking offence summon or immobilized with wheel-clamps and a fine or administrative fee may apply.
